Okie Dokie

Print & digital

For several years now, I’ve had the joy of helping Okie Dokie bring its yearly theme to life through visuals. During Okie Dokie, around 850 children spend the week building huts and taking part in all kinds of activities, supported by 400 volunteers. Each year has a different theme that shapes the story for the children.

Each year, a new themed logo is designed and applied to various communication materials for parents and children. Volunteers proudly wear shirts with the logo, making them easy to spot and the kids can even get their own.

Every year means a new theme and the freedom to explore a completely different style. It’s always a surprise and a fun creative challenge. The theme and its visual identity also return in other materials for volunteers, such as wristbands and the program booklet.
